» Assistant Maitre d`
The Asst. Maitre D' is responsible for daily operations in the dining
room, supervising all of the dining room crew, maintaining cleanness of
the restaurant, correcting table settings, maintaining a high service
standard, taking an active part in the Restaurant personnel training program,
ensuring that the cleaning schedule is followed by the personnel.
He/she must have a pleasant and courteus personality and fluent English
language skill.
» Waiter/Waitress
The Waiter provides a friendly and professional service to the guests
in the restaurant and buffet restaurants. He/she must be knowledgeable
of all the menue items and ingredients and possess the ability to describe
them to the guests.
The Waiter ensures that all the guests are completely satisfied with the
food and service, and reports to the Asst. Maitre D'. He/she also maintains
cleanness of tables, corrects table settings and supervises asst. waiters
assigned to his service station. An applicant must have a pleasant, courteus,
well mannered and outgoing personality and be fluent in English.
